1. Steel Billet
NGHSCO billets are produced through continuous casting using electric arc furnace technology, with careful control of chemical elements. Their high purity and low impurity levels provide the flexibility and strength required during the rolling process.
Grade Range: Produced in St 3SP, St 4SP, and St 5SP grades to meet a wide range of construction and industrial requirements.
Chemical Analysis: Carbon, silicon, and manganese levels are carefully controlled for each grade to maintain consistent quality across shipments.
Physical Specifications: Available in 130 mm and 150 mm cross-sections, with a standard length of 12 meters, based on customer production requirements.

2.Direct Reduced Iron (DRI)
DRI produced at the complex is an important raw material for electric arc and induction furnaces and plays a key role in maintaining melt quality.
High Metallization: Optimized metallization (Metallic Fe) and total iron (Total Fe) levels help reduce energy consumption and improve steelmaking efficiency.
Control of Impurities: Sulfur and phosphorus levels in NGHSCO’s DRI are controlled at low levels. Sulfur content is limited to a maximum of 0.01%, supporting the production of high-purity steel.
Standard Particle Size Distribution: Suitable particle size distribution makes furnace charging easier and helps reduce production losses.
